Terms of Use

1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dark Meets.
• By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• Dark Meets reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.
• You must be a legal resident of India or another permitted jurisdiction to use this service.

2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at t.me/Dimensionalsocialnetworking if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You may not transfer or sell your account to another person.

3 Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to stranger matching requires an active paid subscription.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are valid for one (1) calendar month from the date of payment.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually re-subscribe.
• Payment must be verified by our backend before access is granted.
• The match limits (e.g., 80/day, 120+/day) are maximum eligible matches — actual availability depends on active users.

4 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Dark Meets:

• Sharing, requesting, or displaying explicit, obscene, or sexual content involving minors.
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threatening behavior toward strangers.
• Attempting to obtain personal information (name, address, phone) from strangers.
• Impersonating any person, organization, or Dark Meets staff.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact on the platform.
• Attempting to bypass the payment gateway or access premium features without payment.
• Recording, screenshotting, or distributing video/audio of other users without consent.
• Promoting illegal activities, drugs, or gambling.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malware or harmful links.
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent regional restrictions or abuse rate limits.

5 Enforcement & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these terms.
• Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds of their subscription fee.
• We may report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
• Termination decisions are at our sole discretion and are generally final.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

Dark Meets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free service availability.
• That a specific number of strangers will always be available to match with.
• The accuracy of location or identity information provided by other users.
• The behavior or conduct of strangers you are matched with.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dark Meets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current active subscription.

8 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Dark Meets after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the email address on file.
