Our 24/7 moderation team reviews all reports and takes action within hours to keep the platform safe.
1 Personal Information
- Never share your full name, home address, workplace, or school with strangers.
- Do not share your personal phone number, email, or social media handles.
- Do not share financial information including bank details, UPI IDs, or card numbers.
- Be cautious about background details visible in your video feed (documents, photos on walls, location identifiers).
2 Recognize Unsafe Behavior
Disconnect immediately if a stranger:
- Pressures you to share personal information or meet in person.
- Exposes inappropriate, explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
- Uses threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language.
- Tries to redirect you to external websites or apps.
- Claims to be a Dark Meets staff member and asks for your password or payment details.
- Tries to record or screenshot your video feed.
3 Age Protection
Dark Meets is strictly 18+. If you encounter anyone who appears to be under 18, please report them immediately using the in-app report function. We take child safety extremely seriously and will cooperate fully with law enforcement in such cases.
4 Mental Wellbeing
- Take breaks if a conversation makes you uncomfortable or anxious.
- You are never obligated to continue any conversation.
- Maintain healthy boundaries — it's always okay to end a chat.
- If you experience distress, seek help from a qualified mental health professional.
- Dark Meets has a zero-tolerance policy for emotional manipulation or coercion.
5 Technical Safety
- Always use Dark Meets on a secure, private Wi-Fi connection.
- Never use public computers to access your Dark Meets account.
- Keep your app and browser updated to receive the latest security patches.
- Use a strong, unique password for your Dark Meets account.
- Dark Meets staff will never ask for your password — treat such requests as phishing attempts.
